一早就洗頭化妝弄指甲 準備好跟大小寶貝拍照
下午到KURT 的攝影工作室 為2007年的Anniversary留念

爸比一直以來很上相 這件事就不幫他吹噓了
怎知媽咪的瓜子臉 變得跟肚肚一樣圓
當然 為藝術犧牲 脫了 :O
反正KURT說可以PHOTOSHOP一下 哈哈

25W6d~ Ho HO HO! Merry X’mas

今天(12/21/2007)早上耗一個上午 作3hr的Glucose tolerance test
從早上8:30am 開始 每一小時一針 總共被抽了4針耶!!

WHY??
當然是貪吃的MOMMY 上禮拜結果沒過 超標啦 (一點點啦143)!
請教了 Teresa姨媽 密技是
1．這周嚴格少吃糖 跟澱粉類
2．抽血間隔中 趁機走晃一下 也可以讓血糖值降低喔

不管啦 趁報告沒出來前 要先好好享受耶誕大餐跟新年大餐

24w4d~ Glucose drink…..orange flavor

Mommy started fasting last night for today’s (12/11) Glucose Tolerance Test.
(i.e. fasting blood glucose = 飯前or空腹血糖)

Glucose(葡萄糖)飲料　要一口氣在5 mins內喝光光
然後　整１hr的時候抽血
媽咪選了橘子口味　還算不錯喝
希望沒有胰島素超標　不然有妊娠糖尿病的可能性就好多東西不能吃了　：Ｐ

Note:
飯前血糖（空腹血糖）在一百二十六mg/dl以上便可確定診斷為糖尿病，飯前血糖在一百一十mg/dl以下就算正常，而介於一百一十至一百二十六mg/dl之間的則被歸類為準糖尿病。

晚上住　面海灣的EMBESSY Suite 很讚!!

23w5d~ Try to be away of medicine during pregnancy

Sweet BB, do you fell deep asleep? Somehow your movement significantly reduced!!!
Mommy just took one allergy tablet (Singulair) and one anti-biotic (Ceftin) table last night (12/6) following by doctor’s instruction. Even both physician and OG-BYN office confirmed me the medicines are safe for you.

平時早上10點多 你就會滾來滾去 跟媽咪報早安
but I don’t even feel your fetal movement until 3:00pm . Are you ok??? Big worry covers mommy.

Mommy decided to stop taking SINGULAIR, but to keep finishing CEFTIN to complete an anti-biotic cycle. Thank God your fetal movement is back to vivid graduate on Sun...

23W~ X’mas lights walk me through lonely nights

Daddy went back to HK & TPE again for business trip since last Wed. Daddy put on Christmas lighting for this year before he departured. 每天我們回家漂亮亮的X’mas lighting 覺得溫馨很多.

** Daddy hurt his own MIDDLE finger while he screwing. 好捨不得喔

** This week, mommy still coughing a lot at sleeping hours. Need to go see a doctor.
