20100129~懶懶小貓咪?

好友的楊波妞已經轉了頭位 真早　可能像醫生說的還會轉來轉去
我們家米妹跟小Ｋ哥哥一樣擠在左邊子宮（他們兩個都是在左邊子宮腔著床）
我的肚子多數時間    超明顯硬鼓一邊　
難為她空間小　不知轉不轉得了　也許像小K一樣會是臀位…..

一早臨時約了去看醫生
主要是我家妹妹突然兩天沒啥動靜
連胖胖爸幫我擠壓肚子　她也不理　嚇了一下跳
所以想去看一下好　聽到心跳正常　應該沒事

倒是我的血糖報告出來說缺鐵　要我吃補充劑
醫生開的Slow Fe iron supplement 好貴喔

20100114~孕媽媽假性宮縮 不要怕

進入懷孕六個月 看到我以前POST的一篇回應 決定回貼在自己網站 提醒自己

孕媽媽未到預產期有些Contraction 是假性宮縮(英文醫學名是 BROXTON HICKS CONTRACTION) (英文俗名是 false contraction)

你也可以查 how to distinguish real and false contraction.

我朋友有提醒我 也問過醫生 所以有心裡預期 就較不怕

但前兩個禮拜那次(那時我27W) 持續4個小時

左邊肚子又硬又超鼓
整個肚皮就像有人拉緊皮膚 確實也嚇了我一跳
尤其BB因為受到擠壓不舒服 就一直踢踢踢 嚴重抗議!抗議!

基本上 需要注意並立刻就醫的有三
-有無出血
-有無羊水破
-有無強烈並規律宮縮 (頻率小於10分鐘一次就算頻繁了 我的醫生說 連說話呼吸都困難囉)

false contraction
- 較不持續 不規律
- 強度沒有規則性增加
- 是可能長到3~4小時
- 有時 DEHYDRATE 也會 喝點水 休息一下
- 一定要CLAM DOWN (我把老公叫到我身邊陪我躺著 還叫他撫撫BB 給他心戰喊話 呵呵)
- 如果真的不安心 還是可以打給醫生喔

How is it? see our thoughts...for its review...

Pros -
1. First of all, shipping is super fast. Placed order 01/05 and got it 01/08.
2. Great price on Allchildrensfurniture.com
3. This bed is way cute, we truly love it. (for our son and plan to get one later for coming bb girl to match with it.)
4. Assembly is not too hard with illustration. (took my hubby 20~30min using power strew driver.)
5. The support system design is not bad according to my hubby- a cross beneath instead of stripe style.
6. The quality is not bad. (on the paper says it is handcrafted, handpainted...)
7. Able to use standard crib matress, which is easy to get one - buy or borrow.
8. Good height for my toddler to come in-n-out.

Cons-
1. shipping package is not very well protected. a very very very mild squeeze on edge of 1 of 4 supporting boards.
2. still a little not very matching holes for assembly (quote fm my dear hubby.)
3. *****Daddy Mommy cannot lie on this bed with their kids for sure..., especially when I see my lovely CHUPPY hubby compare to the bed its size...

p.s.: no weired paint smell as some ppl experience before. thanks for the improvement.

20100109~Perego P3 & Vela & Twin60/40

之前正要給小K找新戰車時

發現懷孕了 現在證實是妹妹 當然想買兄妹倆都可以適用的顏色

嬰兒手推車選來選去 爸比跟我決定要買Perego P3, Why P3?

1. 問了好些朋友的意見 都說用過p3, 也都很喜歡

2. 小K到時候可以站立在後面(爸比只在乎這個)

3. 兄妹倆個都可以用的p3 2010新款薰衣草紫色 (是啦 是啦 我很愛紫色)

4. 輕便跟全保護的Balance型  回台灣香港都還方便

跟老公跑了SF Bay Area 好些店都沒看到

現在好像只有網路上有賣

這兩天還是下不了手

還在猶豫要不要買另一款中意的2007的P3 Pure Vapor

便宜30%又白色置物盤白色支架手把很特別.....

2010 Vela是 2009 Aria OH 的新改款 如果不執著非要紫色顏色　也是不錯的選擇


可惜美國新款式 vela 後來決定不出 Lavanda 了　﹔(

我是想如果要買2010新款當然要買我心儀的薰衣草紫

我在她們official 網站有問一些VELA的規格

The Vela is a tad bigger than the Aria. It’s dimensions are:

Vela size: 39″ ~ 36″ long/deep, and 23″ wide

Vela folded ~39″ tall, 12″ long/deep, and 23″ wide

Aria OH ~ 39″ tall, 33.5″ long/deep, and 19.5″ wide

Aria OH folded ~ 36″ tall, 13.5″ long/deep, and 19.5″ wide

The snack tray is completely removable.

The Vela will include the Freedom of Movement harness. Also, there will be clips on the back of this stroller that allow you to attach bags to it–meaning it shouldn’t tip over!

My Three questions for Vela is tri-stroller,

1.foot-step bar balance and strong enough for my 21-mths boy to step in-n-out or even stand on it?

==> The Vela has been tested to hold up to 45 pounds, so it should be fine for your 21-month old son to climb in and out, using the platform above the front wheel (depending, of course, on his weight).

2.what is size for front and back wheel? (I hope back is larger for balance.)

==> The wheels of the Vela are larger than the wheels of the Aria, making for enhanced steering and maneuverability. The front wheel is 6.5″ and the back wheels are 7.5″.

3.Vela is similar as 2009 Aria line, but Vela’s back wheels are single now instead of dual on Aria. Is it sturdy?

==> The bigger rear wheels help make it sturdy. Granted, strollers such as the Vela aren’t designed for grueling, daily use, but we think maneuverability and makeup of the new Vela will make it a favorite–mall, store and quick-trip stroller.

huh...有沒想過買 兩人坐手推車? 有 但否決了

因為除了去THEME PARK或動物園即使是在美國出入還是很不方便

推過的朋友都說一天下來好像練臂力

加上出去就不能兩個小孩分開行動 (譬如爸比帶一個去上廁所 媽咪帶一個去排隊)

而且小K已經開始不愛被綁在手推車上

所以還是決定買Single Stroller 先給小K坐

妹妹剛出生則可以帶Car Seat Carrier

等妹妹大點小K也大點

小K可以換坐輕便型雨傘車

note: Twin 60/40是指CAR SEAT可以放60(大一點這邊) 大點的小孩反而擠在40(小一點這邊)

20100108~小K的新床到了

最近花很多時間在網路上給爸比跟小K找東西比價

妹妹加入我們家後  我們家成員算是定了

現在幫小K買東西 都會想以後妹妹怎麼配成套

小K的床今天到了

本來是想買TWIN size的 但是因為家裡空間尺寸的關係 決定選一Toddler Bed做Transition

看上三款 IKEA的Kritter, Mummit 還有KidKraft Nantucket Toddler Bed .

最後選了KidKraft Nantucket  

1. size 跟Crib 一樣 可以用Crib的床組床墊 小K應該比較習慣吧 

2. 很多網路review都說很喜歡 都有4.5~5 stars 不管給男生或女生用

3. 以後妹妹也可以買一樣的

4. 價錢很好 (USD99 no tax & no shipping charge; AllChildrensFurnitur.com 或 Albeebaby.com)

5. 從TX Kidkraft工廠直接送來 下單3天就到了 Super 快

IKEA Kritter 朋友家的小哥哥龍龍跟雍雍就是睡這個  床頭的兩個小動物圖案 也很別緻

IKEA Mummit 搶眼又可愛 但寬了點

而且IKEA 的Toddler bed 尺寸比較特別 還要另外配合買IKEA床墊

除了又是另一筆開銷 我覺得床墊有點~很薄

胖嘟嘟爸比 照例去Vegas參加CES2010大拜拜  得等他回來才能裝囉

20100108~坐月子重點 吃吃吃!

搜尋了一下 看來舊金山灣區 還是只有幾家月子餐比較有規模跟口碑
a. 益膳坊月子膳食(I SAN HOUSE) , 903 E. El Camino Real, Mountain View, (650-938-5888)

前年生K時是訂益膳坊的餐 (早中晚餐加甜點)
有媽媽來幫我 一天五餐伺候
還有婆婆弄的港式月子料理-薑飯跟薑醋豬腳(很辛苦做的料理)
加上我老公已聲明他不幫我"銷存貨"
所以我只有訂隔天送 而不是每天送
我一個人根本吃不完不想浪費 又省錢
(那時候廣和說只有每天不可以隔天 所以直接放棄了)

益膳坊的服務還算不錯
我不喜歡多刺的魚  跟她們反應後 就幫我調整為魚片湯 
還有因為生產手術傷口未完全癒合  餐點有特別註明少用麻油跟酒



我很幸福 有媽媽婆婆可以幫忙 很多朋友好奇為什麼還是要訂月子餐呢?
1. 媽媽說覺得月子餐很方便 她不想準備+煮+洗 所以叫我這次訂天天送月子餐點
2. 媽媽不用擔心要忙好幾種餐點 (月子餐給我, 成人餐給我媽跟我老公, Toddler餐給小K, ㄋㄟㄋㄟ餐給BB妹) 
3. 這次媽媽答應要幫我吃 :)
4. 請月嫂還要帶他去買菜 鍋鍋盆盆一堆有點麻煩
5. 我超不能忍受多餐連續吃一味菜 但自己煮或月嫂煮不可能每餐煮變化樣式 採買也不易

明天會去廣和試試比較看看 再來分享
=> 只吃到一碗麻油雞(味道不重,還不錯,我喜歡清淡點的)
=> 只看到中央廚房"照片"
=> 試吃會上抽中貴貴廣和麻油一瓶 (value US$30. :)

My hubby took me to SF little Italy for a lite dining to pre-celebrate my birthday....sitting outside on the street...very romantic.....nice nice...

4.5stars for Calzone on Columbus Ave. Food we ordered is tasty- crab crostini, scallop, pork filet. US50 buy a sweet n' easy evening....what a great deal.

Seated outside
with heater over the top. warm and breeze.
Bread
*free Bread is "chewy" and not warm. However, don't miss their sweet vinergar, which turns everything good.
Small plate
*Crab Crostini: smoked salmon & avocado drizzled with extrea virgin oiliv oil (don't miss it!)
*Scallop: scallop with wasabi pesto aioli (taste good but be aware of is tiny small 3 pieces only portion.)
Large plate
*Pork:Caloppini topped with eggplant & fontina swiss chard & zucchini mashed potatoes ( sources are all into eggplant, we both like the side mash potato.)
Drink
*Drink is consider relatively expensive in this bill, US3.75 for a coke.

by seeing them on table next to ours...we know Pizza will be our try next time...:D
